We will come out and diagnose your problem for a flat rate fee of £35.00.
If we estimate that the work can be carried out in less than 3 hours, the cost will be a fixed charge of £134.00 plus parts and materials.
Of course, you are under no obligation whatsoever to have the repairs carried out by our company, but if you should choose to go ahead, we will refund your £35 initial payment.
If we anticipate that your repairs will take us beyond 3 hours, you will receive a written fixed price quotation, which we will honour for the next 7 days.

Hello, and welcome to Megaflo-Service..
If you have problems with your unvented hot water system, Megaflo, or heating system, then, you’ve come to the right place.
My name’s Mark, and my close friends and colleagues are Chris, Mike and Calum. We are very experienced and qualified heating, plumbing and pressurised hot water engineers.
As well as lecturing at Intaplumb, based at the National Construction College near Dartford in Kent, where we train apprentices, plumbers and heating engineers, we run a small business in designing un-vented hot water systems, installation, as well as maintenance and repairs. And specifically MEGAFLO
We won’t rip you off, or charge you extortionate hourly rates for driving around London for 3 hours, for an elusive spare part you probably don’t need, (even if it is in 15 or 30 minute increments), and we’ll do our best NOT to let you down!
Nor will we condemn your unit after scratching our chins for 20mins, and trying to look like we know what we’re doing!
We only condemn appliances if they pose a threat to your families safety, or property, or if it’s beyond economical repair.
But even then.... Reluctantly!
We do exactly what it says on our tins......
If we can’t fix it..... you don’t pay. Simple!
We don’t have hourly rates, just set service charges, or fixed quotations, so you know exactly what the bill comes to before we get there (plus parts of course).
A strong cuppa doesn’t go a miss though!
Basically you get what you pay for.
We are licensed pressurised hot water engineers, ‘Part G3’ qualified, regulated, and monitored.
This is what we do for a living, we live and breathe it, and we’re very good at it..
