We will come out and diagnose your problem for a flat rate fee of £35.00.
If we estimate that the work can be carried out in less than 3 hours, the cost will be a fixed charge of £134.00 plus parts and materials.
Of course, you are under no obligation whatsoever to have the repairs carried out by our company, but if you should choose to go ahead, we will refund your £35 initial payment.
If we anticipate that your repairs will take us beyond 3 hours, you will receive a written fixed price quotation, which we will honour for the next 7 days.

For this reason we have a FIXED PRICE repairs tariff as an alternative. This covers any Megaflo repairs up to 3 hours, so it’s IMPOSSIBLE for you to get over charged.
We carry a large stock of Megaflo spares, and plumbing materials, so hopefully, we should be able to get you fixed up well within the 3 hour window allowed for the completion.
We’ll be happy to come and have look for a fixed fee of £35.00, we can assess the situation and give you an accurate description of the problem, and the best economic remedy.
You choose how you wish to pay, Fixed Charge, Fixed Quotation, or Hourly Rate.
Or not at all, we’ll say thanks for the call, and be on our way.

Why you need servicing regularly!
Important:
The repairs can only be carried out, if the system and Megaflo has been installed correctly. Failure to ensure the installation has been installed to the correct specifications could result in our refusal to work on the system.
There may be additional charges for work that cannot be carried out due to poor installation, or defective materials, and inferior workmanship.
We will advise accordingly, and try to find the most economic rectification method.
