We will come out and diagnose your problem for a flat rate fee of £35.00.
If we estimate that the work can be carried out in less than 3 hours, the cost will be a fixed charge of £134.00 plus parts and materials.
Of course, you are under no obligation whatsoever to have the repairs carried out by our company, but if you should choose to go ahead, we will refund your £35 initial payment.
If we anticipate that your repairs will take us beyond 3 hours, you will receive a written fixed price quotation, which we will honour for the next 7 days.

However, we have a policy of payment on completion, on site!
We do not offer free overdraft facilities, or interest free bank loans.... So please don’t take offence if we refuse to call, without payment on completion. Unless by prior agreement..
We don’t have trade accounts, we pay for our materials and spares as we go. Therefore we don’t expect our suppliers to bank roll our business, and we don’t expect to bank roll yours!
We provide a reliable, efficient, and competitively priced service, and expect to be paid in the same way.
